It is addressed to the leading players in the real estate economy (companies, promoters, insurance, banks and authorities). Since 1997 it has been produced jointly by Censis and Scenari Immobiliari. In addition to the general picture, the Report analyses the residential and office sectors, looking at country-wide trends and individual performances, with a detailed study of the 103 provincial capitals. The report is presented in Rome in spring, at a seminar restricted to subscribers. An updating is presented at a seminar in Milan in December.
